Return & Exchange Policy

At Infinity Ridge Laser Works, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following terms:

Return and Exchange Eligibility

1. Time Frame: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. Products that show signs of consumer damage will not be accepted for return or exchange. This policy only covers issues that arise due to the manufacturing process.

Return and Exchange Process

1. Complete the Return/Exchange Form: To begin the return or exchange process, please complete the return/exchange form available here

2. Images of Damage/Issue: To assist with the approval process, please include images of the damage or issue using the attachment link on the form. This will help us expedite your request.

3. Shipping Label: Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will email a prepaid shipping label to the contact information provided during your purchase. Please ensure that this email address is active and checked regularly.

4. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

5. Shipping: Attach the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location.

Processing Returns and Exchanges

1. Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item(s), our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria.

2. Approval: If the item(s) pass inspection, we will process your return or exchange.

- For returns, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 2 business days.

- For exchanges, the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you at no additional cost within 5-7 business days. Please note that this time frame may vary based on item availability. We will notify you promptly if there are any expected delays.

3. Rejection: If the item(s) do not meet the return/exchange criteria, we will notify you via email with a detailed explanation, and the item(s) will be returned to you.

Shipping Costs

- All shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be covered by Infinity Ridge Laser Works. You will not incur any additional charges for the return or exchange process.
